This is a ONE-TIME fee charged per family to cover all family members. This includes:

Set up of charts for all family members
Review of previous records, if applicable.
Coordination of care with other providers, when necessary
Direct contact with your provider surrounding appointments via email.

Travel Fee (Pediatric Medical Services Only)

$50-$100

Our primary coverage area is the Hampton Roads area. However any area outside a 15-mile radius of the 23322 area code, will incur a travel fee.

When we are available, we will travel outside of that range and this fee covers that expense.

16-29 miles from 23322 = $50

30-39 miles from 23322 = $75

40+ miles from 23322 = $100
