Cylyne is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Old Dominion University in 2009. She later graduated with her dual Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/Family Nurse Practitioner Master of Science Degree in 2014 at the University of San Diego.

Cylyne started her career as a Nurse in the United States Navy and retired after 22 years of service. It was during this time that she also practiced as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for over a decade in the primary care setting where she was able to identify the urgency and need for mental health care in both the pediatric and adult population. 

Following her retirement from the United States Navy in 2022, Cylyne pursued her Post Masters Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with Old Dominion University and graduated in May 2024. Cylyne has remained passionate in her commitment to advocate and care for her patients of all ages and is eager to provide the compassionate and personal care each individual deserves.

As a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner, she brings  a holistic, evidence-based approach to care that treats the whole person--mind, body, and spirit. With years of clinical experience across diverse settings, her practice is deeply rooted in both medical science and the unwavering belief that God restores. She  believes that true healing comes not only through clinical excellence, but also through compassion and faith in the power of restoration.
