We accept insurance only for our mental health services. Pediatric medical care, including in-home wellness and urgent care visits, is self-pay at this time. This allows us to offer more flexible, personalized care for children without the limitations of insurance networks. If you're using insurance for mental health services, we’ll walk you through the process to make it as smooth as possible. If you have any questions about coverage or costs, we’re happy to help clarify!

You can use your flex spending or health savings card to pay for your visit, if you have a card with a major credit card logo on it. Just enter that information when prompted for the credit card information.

Yes. In the state of Virginia, Nurse Practitioners have full practice authority, which means we can do everything that your regular primary care provider can do. 

This includes writing prescriptions, ordering labs and other tests, writing referrals, medical letters, etc. 

Yes. You will just present your insurance card to the pharmacy or lab when you go.

Yes! We offer telemedicine visits for psychiatric evaluations, follow up appointments, consults, or have any acute care concerns for your child. You can connect with our healthcare providers from the comfort of your own home or office. 

Pediatric Medical Care:  We offer pediatric care for newborns to age 21 yo. 

Psychiatric Care: We offer care for patients ages 6 yo and older. 

No. We do not require a particular immunization schedule. However, we also do not administer vaccines. Our patients get requested vaccines from local pharmacies and/or the Health Department. 

 Yes. All of our documents are electronic. You will receive a secure email link to complete these documents which sets up your medical chart. All documents must be completed at the time of booking your appointment. This paperwork will also set up the method of payment.

Yes. We do require payment prior to the appointment. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied to the cost of your visit. 

If you need to cancel an appointment: As long as you give us 24 hours notice, we can get you rescheduled without any penalty. However, if you cancel within less than 24 hours, your appointment is non-refundable. It will be held as a credit on your account.
